De vennootschap mag via inbreng,fusie,inschrijving belangen nemen in of optreden als bestuurder van andere rechtspersonen of burgerlijke vennootschappen met een gelijkaardig doel;
De vennootschap mag optreden als vereffenaar van andere vennootschappen;
De vennootschap mag alle verrichtingen,met inbegrip van financiële,roerende en onroerende verrichtingen,doen die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband houden met het doel van de vennootschap of nodig of nuttig zijn voor de verwezenlijking ervan en voor zover die verrichtingen in overeenstemming zijn met de plichtenleer die geldt voor het beroep van boekhouder;
Aldus omvat het maatschappelijk doel al de activiteiten die behoren tot het wettelijk monopolie van de zelfstandige boekhouder (zie artikel 49 van de Wet van 22 april 1999) en anderzijds laat het de ruimte om die activiteiten die verenigbaar zijn met het Reglement van Plichtenleer en deontologie uit te oefenen.
