History

On 17 March 1965, Close was incorporated.1 In 2010 the registered office moved to Harzé-Aywaille.2 A capital increase in 2015 brought the capital to €2.8m.3 CEILINGS TOUSSAINT NYSSENNE was merged into the company in 2015.3
