Peppol check
Can I e-invoice this customer? See whether a customer receives e-invoices via Peppol and under which Peppol ID your invoicing software finds them. For one customer, or your whole customer list at once.
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian VAT-registered businesses invoice each other with structured electronic invoices, over the Peppol network. Who must e-invoice? (FPS Finance)

Your customer list
An export from your accounting package or Excel: names or enterprise and VAT numbers, with an address or postcode if you like. Checked matches every row to the right company and looks it up in the Peppol register. Up to 5,000 rows.
Your list stays in this browser tab: after a reload, a language switch or a move to the Peppol check or the AML client file it is still there, with your columns and choices, until you close the tab or choose Another list. Checked looks the rows up in batches of 100 and keeps neither the file, nor the names, nor the addresses. Only when you put matched companies in a list or follow them do we keep their enterprise numbers in your account.
Which column is which?
We recognised the columns; adjust where needed. A name or an enterprise number is enough, a postcode or municipality makes the match surer. Every column comes along in the export.

With an 'Amount owed' column Checked judges credit on that amount, added up per customer over every row, and shows the total per risk class. Pick the payment term you give the customer.
Peppol for your customers
Enrich the same list, view it as a debtor list or build AML files from it? Open it in Process a list, without matching again
A company missing from the Peppol Directory may still be reachable: publishing a card is voluntary. Ask those customers for their Peppol address or try sending from your invoicing software.
'Needs attention' counts only the customers Checked could judge; 'No verdict' is the rest. The verdict per customer is the credit check's at the amount owed and the chosen term.
This list has no column with the amount owed. The credit verdict then answers up to each company's ceiling; choose Another list and mark a column as 'Amount owed' for the totals per risk class.

Build the AML client files
Per client, the file with the identification, the screening and a risk indication. Building it stores nothing yet; on the next page you file them in your archive.
One run takes up to 25 clients: open the parts one after the other. Your list stays ready here.
Put in a list
The matched companies of your choice in one of your lists, to compare, export or look at again later. A list is a fixed set of companies: it keeps only which companies are in it, not your file, amounts, match choices or this result. Export those if you want to keep them.
