One customer

Every day we read the Peppol Directory, the public register of who receives Peppol documents. Being listed there is voluntary: a company not in it may still be reachable.

Not found in the Peppol Directory

No listing in the Peppol Directory under this enterprise or VAT number. That does not prove the company cannot be reached: being listed there is voluntary. Try sending from your invoicing software; if that fails, ask the customer whether they already receive via Peppol.

This customer is bankrupt: a trustee runs the business. Agree new deliveries and invoices with the trustee; an unpaid invoice is filed as a claim. What to do as a creditor
