Staff: the average in full-time equivalents from the social balance, only where the staff costs beside it make the figure plausible. Over a year: against the previous accounts, with a percentage only from 10 FTE in those accounts. An employer without accounts from the last 24 months is not in the overview, but it does have an employer check. Staff cost per FTE: only employers with a latest financial year at most 24 months old and a staff cost between €15,000 and €300,000 per FTE. A higher cost, up to €600,000, counts when the social balance confirms it: from 10 FTE and with staff costs of at most 120% of their personnel register's cost. Staff costs may not be far above those of their own personnel register. Staff may not have fallen by more than a third on the year before, because departures during the year distort such a year.
