- Annual accounts: weaker financial profileThe latest annual accounts show a weaker profile in solvency, result or liquidity than companies that stay afloat.
- Recent warning signalsThe last 24 months brought warning signals in the Staatsblad or the KBO, and those often pile up before a bankruptcy.
- Higher-failure-rate sectorIn this sector companies fail more often than the Belgian average.
- Ex-officio strike-offThe KBO struck this company off ex officio, which points to unmet obligations and often precedes a bankruptcy.
- Two or more financial years not filedSince the financial year that closed on 31-05-2022, 4 financial years are missing at the National Bank. A company this far behind goes bankrupt within the year nineteen times as often as a punctual filer.
- Filed more than 90 days lateThe financial year that closed on 31-05-2021 was due by 31-12-2021 and was filed on 07-11-2022, 311 days past the deadline. Measured on financial year 2023: companies more than 90 days late are in an abnormal legal state today in 5.61% of cases, against 1.66% across all filers.
- Administrative warnings in the KBO publications1 publication by the FPS Economy about this company, such as a strike-off for address, accounts or UBO, or its withdrawal.

File your annual accounts for the year to 31 May 2022
The statutory deadline passed on 31 December 2022; the accounts are now 1365 days late. Until they are filed, whoever looks you up sees no recent figures and a missing filing.

Have the accounts strike-off lifted
The KBO records a strike-off for unfiled accounts (3 April 2026). Filing the missing accounts allows the strike-off to be withdrawn.
