  3. Het verlenen van alle mogelijke diensten, advies en/of bijstand aan vennootschappen, organisaties, besturen, verenigingen en natuurlijke personen op commercieel, administratief, organisatorische en financieel vlak.
  4. Het uitbaten en beheren van dienstverlening aan opstartende en jonge ondernemingen, waaronder het beheer en ter beschikking stellen van ruimte in een bedrijvencentrum, administratieve, marketing, verkoops- en andere ondersteuning,...
  5. De onderneming in onroerende goederen, welke onder meer bevat : de aan- en verkoop van onroerende goederen, het bouwrijp maken van terreinen, het bebouwen ervan met woningen en appartementen, met het oog op de tekoopstelling, het verwerven, verbeteren, inrichten, bezitten en beheren van onroerende goederen van alle aard, het verhuren, en ter beschikking stellen onder alle vormen van alle onroerende goederen van alle bestemmingen en adviesverlening inzake onroerende goederen en onroerbe beleggingen;
  7. De verhuur en exploitatie van eigen of gehuurde, geleased residentiële of niet residentiële onroerende goederen;
  8. Het voeren van marktonderzoek in de sector van het onroerend goed;
  9. De promotie in het algemeen, de studie, het verlenen van deskundig advies en de schatting van onroerende goederen, de ontwikkeling, commercialisatie, belegging, financiering van en de begeleiding bij alle projecten betreffende onroerende goederen;
  10. Het leveren van diensten van projectmanagement waaronder het uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies, het opstellen of laten opstellen van ontwerpen, plannen en beschrijvingen die in bestekken moeten worden in gelast, het voorbereiden van documenten voor offerte-aanvragen met inbegrip van contractvoorwaarden, het geven van adviezen op technisch vlak, het beheer van de uitvoering van werken;
  11. De samenstelling en het beheer van haar eigen onroerend en roerend patrimonium, met name de aankoop en de verkoop van roerende en onroerende goederen, en de ruil, de huur, de oprichting, de hernieuwing, de verbouwing, de inrichting, de uitrusting en de decoratie van alle onroerende goederen;
  12. Het beheer en de uitbreiding voor eigen rekening van een patrimonium bestaande uit roerende en onroerende goederen zowel in het binnenland als in het buitenland alsmede alle handelingen die daar rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband mee houden of die van aard zijn de opbrengst van haar goederen te bevorderen, zoals de aankoop en de verkoop, huur en verhuur, de ruiling of in het algemeen de verwerving of de overdracht van goederen zo roerende als onroerende, het onderhoud, de ontwikkeling, de verfraaiing en de verhuring van goederen, met uitzondering van die verrichtingen die verband houden met de normale activiteiten uitgeoefend door vastgoedmakelaars.
  13. Alle commerciële, industriële, financiële, burgerlijke, roerende en onroerende handelingen of verrichtingen stellen die haar nuttig voorkomen om rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks haar voorwerp te realiseren of de realisatie ervan te bevorderen of te vergemakkelijken.
  14. Belangen nemen in alle ondernemingen, verenigingen of vennootschappen met een gelijkaardig of aanverwant voorwerp bij wijze van inbreng, opslorping, fusie, intekening of op enige andere wijze.
  15. Zich ten gunste van derden borg stellen of hen aval verlenen, hypothecaire of andere zekerheden verstrekken.
  16. De functie van bestuurder of zaakvoerder in andere vennootschappen waarnemen, mits naleving van artikel 2:55 WVV
