  2. Binnen het kader hiervan kan de vennootschap overgaan tot het verwerven,vervreemden,ruilen,verhuren en andere verrichtingen betreffende roerende en onroerende goederen onder het voorbehoud dat vervreemdingen slechts zullen plaats hebben wanneer gebiedende omstandigheden zoals onteigening ten openbare nutte dit noodzakelijk maken of wanneer in het kader van een oordeelkundig vermogensbeheer,het behoud van één of ander goed in het vennootschapspatrimonium niet meer als verantwoord kan worden beschouwd.
  3. Onderzoek,ontwikkeling,commercialisering,verdeling,conditionering,verpakking,groot- en kleinhandel,in- en export van farmaceutische en paramedische producten,artikelen,apparaten en toebehoren.
  4. De vennootschap kan overgaan tot alle handelsverrichtingen,nijverheidsverrichtingen,financiële en onroerende verrichtingen,zo voor eigen rekening als voor rekening van derden,die van aard zijn de verwezenlijking van haar doel rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks te bevorderen,dit zowel in België als in het buitenland.
