On 30 April 1997, Revvity was incorporated.1 A capital increase in 2015 brought the capital to EUR 8.6 million.2 The registered office moved to Mechelen in 2019 and to Lier in 2023.34 Since 2023 the company has been called Revvity.5 MAGGIONI Massimo has served as director of the company since 2023.5 Revenue went from EUR 4.7 million in 2018 to EUR 1.8 million in 2024 and headcount from 72.6 full-time equivalents in 2018 to 28.4 in 2025.6
