Article 27 - L'Organe d'administration représente l'association dans tous les actes judiciaires extrajudiciaires. et Les actions judiciaires, tant en demandant qu'en défendant, seront intentées ou soutenues au nom de l'association par l'Organe d'administration, sur les poursuites et diligences d'un administrateur délégué à cet effet. Les actes relatifs à la nomination ou à la cessation des fonctions des personnes habilitées à représenter l'association sont déposés au greffe du Tribunal de l'Entreprise dans les 30 jours, et publiés, aux soins du greffier, par extraits aux annexes du Moniteur belge comme prescrit à l'article 2.9 du CSA.
