History

HEDER was incorporated on 19 September 2013 by vzw Vrije Katholieke Scholen der Dekenijen Antwerpen, vzw Centraal Katholiek Schoolcomité van Antwerpen and 7 natural persons.12 The name was changed to Heder in 2019.3 The board currently has 10 members.4 Turnover grew from €1.2m in 2018 to €1.9m in 2025 and headcount from 383 to 421 full-time equivalents.5
