History

On 19 April 2022 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of GESTONE 16.¹ In 2024 the registered office moved to Bruxelles.² A capital increase in 2024 brought the capital to €161,500.³ Total assets went from €35,565 in 2022 to €54,560 in 2025.⁴ In 2026 the company was dissolved and its liquidation closed in a single deed.⁵
