DGE GROUP was incorporated on 20 June 2022 as a private limited company by DEGA MANAGEMENT, DS CONSULT and one natural person, with a starting capital of €15,000.12 The registered office moved to Saint-Gilles in 2023, to Anderlecht in 2026 and to Forest in 2026.345 Since 2026, GIRBITA Cristian Constantin has served as director.6 Total assets rose from €81,433 in 2022 to €165,580 in 2025.7 On 27 October 2025 the company was declared bankrupt.8
