Confinity was incorporated on 19 May 2008.1 In 2014 the company absorbed PROMOCITY by merger.2 The registered office was moved to Sint-Martens-Latem in 2018.3 In 2018 the capital was increased by EUR 42,950 to EUR 61,500.3 Since 2021, Columba has served as class A director of the company.4 Revenue grew from EUR 13 million in 2019 to EUR 20 million in 2025 and headcount from 20.4 full-time equivalents in 2018 to 14.7 in 2025.5
