No processed annual-accounts figures are available for your company, so Checked computes no score. Whoever looks you up then sees only the register and Gazette data.

How many days before or after the statutory deadline you filed, beside your sector's median.
We cannot derive a filing deadline for your company: no annual accounts are in the National Bank's register and we read no founding deed with a fiscal year. Sole traders and small associations often file no accounts.

Where your figures sit among your peers' accounts. The band shows the middle half, the tick the median.
No sector comparison for your latest year: there are no processed figures, or your sector has too few filed accounts for a fair comparison.

The signals in your dossier that raise the risk, as a credit manager reads them.
- Limited track recordThis company has not been active as long as an established one and statistically fails somewhat more often.
- Recent warning signalsThe last 24 months brought warning signals in the Staatsblad or the KBO, and those often pile up before a bankruptcy.
- No NACE activity registeredNo NACE activity is registered in the KBO, which is more common among companies that later fail.
- Ex-officio strike-offThe KBO struck this company off ex officio, which points to unmet obligations and often precedes a bankruptcy.
- Administrative warnings in the KBO publications1 publication by the FPS Economy about this company, such as a strike-off for address, accounts or UBO, or its withdrawal.

Have your registered office re-entered
The KBO records that your registered office address was struck (18 August 2025). A new or confirmed office address through your business counter annuls the strike-off.
