History

On 29 June 2022, Wyre was incorporated as a private limited company by TELENET, with a starting capital of €10,000.12 Since 2023 the company has been called Wyre.3 In 2026 the registered office moved to Mechelen.4 Of the 13 current board members, 8 have served since 2023.5 Turnover went from €345.8m in 2023 to €691.0m in 2025 and headcount from 61.4 to 233 full-time equivalents.6
