Art. 52. L’association est valablement représentée par deux administrateur·rice·s agissant conjointement qui, en tant qu’organe de représentation générale, ne devront pas justifier vis-à-vis des tier·ce·s d’une décision préalable ni d’une procuration de l’organe d’administration. L’organe de représentation générale a les pouvoirs de représentation les plus étendus. Le mandat de représentant·e général·e débute automatiquement à la nomination en qualité d’administrateur·rice et prend fin automatiquement à la cessation de cette qualité.
