Het mandaat van zaakvoerder is onbezoldigd tenzij de algemene vergadering anders beslist. Hij zal de bevoegdheden zoals bepaald in artikel 12 van de statuten alleen kunnen uitoefenen en kan de vennootschap in feite en in rechte alleen verbinden. De zaakvoerder verklaart dat er geen veroordeling werd uitgesproken door een rechtscollege van een lidstaat van de Europese Economische Ruimte tot een verbod dat soortgelijk is aan één van de verboden zoals opgenomen in artikel 6 van de wet van 4 mei 2023 bedoelde verboden.
