History

The registered office was moved to Brussels in 2021.1 Between 2021 and 2023 VK ENGINEERING absorbed INFRANEA INTERNATIONAL and STEDEC by merger.23 In 2025 the company was absorbed by merger into SWECO BELGIUM.4
