Troostwijk - Vavato was incorporated on 4 March 2015, with a starting capital of EUR 18,600.12 The registered office moved to Sint-Niklaas in 2017, to Lokeren in 2022 and to Antwerpen in 2025.345 Between 2020 and 2021 the capital was increased 2 times.67 JORISCO and TROOSTWIJK were merged into the company between 2021 and 2026.78 The board currently has 2 members; Tarrazu BV has served longest, since 2021.9
