History

The deed of incorporation of UMAMI was published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 31 July 2020.1 The registered office moved to Sprimont in 2023 and to Chaudfontaine in 2025.23 RJ MANAGEMENT is director of the company, appointed by deed of 08-04-2025.3 In 2025 the company was absorbed by merger into BEVVISTA.4
