THE WORKING GROUP was incorporated on 20 December 2019 as a private limited company.1 The registered office was moved to Mechelen in 2022.2 In 2023 the company absorbed 5 companies by merger, including LEADWORKS and PRINTWORKS.34 The board currently has 5 members, 4 of whom have served since 2023.5 Total assets rose from €654,903 in 2023 to €1.0m in 2025 and headcount from 13.9 to 13.8 full-time equivalents.6
