Op heden wenst de Raad van Bestuur deze bevoegdheden opnieuw uit te breiden en als volgt aan te passen: De Raad van Bestuur bevestigt dat inzake aanbestedingen (appel d'offres) de gedelegeerd bestuurder verbintenissen mag aangaan (en bijgevolg de Vennootschap rechtsgeldig vertegenwoordigen), waarvan het bedrag de som van vijf miljoen euro niet overschrijdt. Voor alle andere aanbestedingen alsook alle andere verbintenissen die het dagelijks bestuur overstijgen, blijven de handtekeningen van twee bestuurders gezamenlijk handelend, vereist.
