On 19 April 2012, THB1 was incorporated.¹ The registered office moved to Awans in 2024 and to Liège in 2026.²³ Total assets went from €279,005 in 2018 to €144,800 in 2024 and headcount from 13.4 to 11.8 full-time equivalents.⁴ In 2026 the company was dissolved and put into liquidation.³
