• De commanditaire vennootschap "M.C.&I.", met zetel te 2200 Herentals, Lichtaartseweg 247, BTWnummer BE0538.775.216, onder-nemingsnummer (RPR Antwerpen afdeling Turnhout) 0538.775.216, vast vertegenwoordigd door de heer PEETERS, Johan Jozef Angele, wonende te 2200 Herentals, Lichtaartseweg 247. Hun mandaat is van onbepaalde duur. Krachtens artikel 19 van deze statuten is aan hen volledige collectieve vertegenwoordigingsbevoegdheid toegekend om met twee, waarvan minstens één A-bestuurder en één B-bestuurder, gezamenlijk handelend namens de vennootschap op te treden in rechte en tegenover derden.
