Stellar Labs was incorporated on 30 September 2019 as a private limited company.1 In 2023 the capital was increased by €1.6m.2 Total assets fell from €786,008 in 2020 to €24,846 in 2025 and headcount from 1.1 full-time equivalents in 2020 to 2.8 in 2023.3 In 2025 the company was dissolved and put into liquidation.4
