History

Sparki was incorporated on 3 February 2022 as a private limited company by three natural persons.12 The registered office moved to Antwerpen in 2022, to Merelbeke in 2025 and to Harelbeke in 2026.345 Between 2022 and 2026 the capital was increased 2 times.67 The board currently has 5 members, 4 of whom have served since 2024.8 Total assets rose from €16.4m in 2023 to €48.2m in 2025 and headcount from 1.7 to 8.6 full-time equivalents.9
