Wanneer de vennootschap optreedt als bestuurder/zaakvoerder van andere vennootschappen, wordt de vennootschap enkel rechtsgeldig vertegenwoordigd door de vaste vertegenwoordiger. *Wanneer het door de wet vereist is wordt de controle op de financiële toestand, toevertrouwd aan één of meerdere commissarissen. Wordt geen commissaris benoemd, dan heeft iedere aandeelhouder individueel de onderzoeks- en controlebevoegdheid van een commissaris.
