Wordt een niet-bestuurder belast met het dagelijks bestuur dan draagt hij de titel van directeur of algemeen directeur of elke andere titel waarmee hij/zij in het benoemingsbesluit wordt aangeduid. VERTEGENWOORDIGINGSBEVOEGDHEID Het bestuursorgaan vertegenwoordigt de vennootschap jegens derden en in rechte als eiser of als verweerder.
