Wanneer de vennootschap optreedt als bestuurder van andere vennootschappen, dan wordt de vennootschap enkel rechtsgeldig vertegenwoordigd door de vaste vertegenwoordiger die alleen handelt. Gewone algemene vergadering Ieder jaar moet er een algemene vergadering worden gehouden op de zetel of op een andere in de bijeenroepingen aangeduide plaats. Deze gewone algemene vergadering vindt plaats op de laatste dinsdag van de maand mei, om zeventien uur (17:00). Indien die dag een feestdag is, wordt de gewone algemene vergadering verschoven naar de eerstvolgende werkdag.
