On 26 October 2020 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of REIS.1 The registered office moved to Leopoldsburg in 2021 and to Beringen in 2023.23 Ümit SAGBAN is director of the company, appointed by deed of 15-06-2022.4 The company was declared bankrupt on 4 January 2024. The bankruptcy was closed on 30 September 2025.56
