- Vanuit de lokale samenwerking tussen besturen onderling neemt de projectvereniging de organisatie op van het wijk-werken, naar de uitvoering van het decreet betreffende wijk-werken en diverse bepalingen in het kader van de zesde staatshervorming.

De werkzoekende kan werkervaring opbouwen in functie van en individueel traject naar werk gericht op het normaal economisch circuit.
- Het opnemen van de lokale regierol sociale economie en werk zoals bepaald in het decreet betreffende de ondersteuning van het ondernemerschap op vlak van de sociale economie en de stimulering van het maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.
