On 8 June 2018, POLLO ROJO was incorporated.1 The registered office moved to Bruxelles in 2023, to Liège in 2024 and to Anderlecht in 2024.234 Total assets went from €48,485 in 2018 to €1.5m in 2022 and headcount from 0.7 full-time equivalents in 2019 to 3.9 in 2022.5 The company was declared bankrupt on 3 June 2025.6
