Overeenkomstig artikel 17 van de statuten wordt de vennootschap, wanneer er twee of meer bestuurders zijn, jegens derden en in rechte als eiser of als verweerder, uitsluitend vertegenwoordigd via het gezamenlijk optreden van twee bestuurders. Overeenkomstig artikel 18 van de statuten wordt de vennootschap, in handelingen van dagelijks bestuur, rechtsgeldig verbonden door de enkele handtekening van de dagelijks bestuurder. 4/ BENOEMING COMMISSARIS Volgens te goeder trouw verrichte schattingen die overgenomen werden in het financieel plan, voldoet de vennoot-schap voor het eerste boekjaar aan de criteria vermeld in artikel 1:24 het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen.
