PH CONSTRUCT was incorporated on 16 June 2022 as a private limited company by three natural persons, with a starting capital of €3,000.12 Since 2025 the company has been called PH Construct.3 The registered office was moved to Sint-Pieters-Leeuw in 2025.4 ALECCI Benito is director of the company, appointed by deed of 20-06-2022.2 Total assets rose from €7,337 in 2023 to €27,349 in 2025.5
