History
On 15 September 2022, Ottohaus was incorporated as a private limited company by one natural person, with a starting capital of €3,000.12 The registered office moved to Balen in 2024, to Geel in 2024 and to Meerhout in 2026.345 Since 2025 the company has been called Ottohaus.6 In 2025 the capital was increased by €100,000.6 Today the board has 2 members.7 Total assets went from €46,954 in 2023 to €228,025 in 2025.8
