Art.36 – Vertegenwoordiging Het bestuursorgaan vertegenwoordigt de vereniging in alle gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke handelingen. Zij kan alle handelingen van beheer en beschikking stellen voor zover deze niet door het WVV of de statuten bij uitsluiting aan de algemene vergadering zijn voorbehouden. Het bestuursorgaan kan één of meerdere vertegenwoordigers aanstellen. De vereniging wordt vertegenwoordigd in en buiten rechte en ten overstaan van derden door de gezamenlijke handtekening van twee bestuurders.
