De bestuurders oefenen hun bevoegdheden als college uit. Om geldig te kunnen beraadslagen over alle punten moet minstens de helft van de bestuurders aanwezig of vertegenwoordigd zijn.De beslissingen binnen het bestuursorgaan over alle punten worden genomen bij gewone meerderheid van de aanwezige of vertegenwoordigde uitgebrachte stemmen. Een voorstel is niet aangenomen indien de stemming onbeslist eindigt. Onverminderd de algemene vertegenwoordigingsbevoegdheid van het bestuursorgaan als college, is de vereniging in en buiten rechte rechtsgeldig vertegenwoordigd door de voorzitter, die alleen kan handelen.
