History

On 28 April 1971, NOVA Engineering was incorporated.1 In 2024 the registered office moved to Hasselt.2 The capital was increased 2 times between 2024 and 2025, most recently to €3.8m.34 Turnover went from €2.2m in 2018 to €4.9m in 2025 and headcount from 16.4 to 25.7 full-time equivalents.5
