On 12 July 2021 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of NOMADS.1 Since 2021 the company has been called Nomads.2 Hummingbird Ventures Management is manager of the company, appointed by deed of 12-07-2021.1 In 2022 the company was dissolved and its liquidation closed in a single deed.3
