History

On 17 October 1960, Nirmana Retail was incorporated.1 In 2010 the company took the name COLIM cvba.2 The capital was increased 13 times between 2010 and 2026, most recently to €1.29bn.234 26 companies were merged into the company between 2012 and 2025, including Juliette and DELDEN.567 Of the 5 current board members, 2 have served since 2022.8
