La gestion journalière comprend aussi bien les actes et les décisions qui n'excèdent pas les besoins de la vie quotidienne de l'association que les actes et les décisions qui, soit en raison de l'intėrêt mineur qu'ils représentent, soit en raison de leur caractère urgent, ne justifient pas l'intervention de l'Organe d'administration. Les actes relatifs à la nomination ou à la cessation des fonctions des personnes déléguées à la gestion journalière sont dèposés au greffe dans les 30 jours de l'adoption pour publication au Moniteur belge. Art. 45 - Tout membre de l'Organe d'administration seul signe valablement les actes régulièrement décidés par l'Organe; il n'aura pas à justifier de ses fonctions vis-à-vis des tiers. L'association est en outre représentée par toute autre personne agissant dans les limites des pouvoirs délégués par ou en vertu d'une décision de l'Organe d'administration.
