Het Bestuursorgaan bestuurt de vereniging en vertegenwoordigt deze in en buiten rechte. Zij is bevoegd voor alle aangelegenheden, met uitzondering van deze die door de wet of de statuten uitdrukkelijk aan de algemene vergadering zijn voorbehouden. Ten aanzien van derden is de vereniging eveneens geldig verbonden en vertegenwoordigd, zonder dat enige bijzondere machtiging of beslissing moet voorgelegd worden, door elke individuele bestuurder, alleen handelend. Indien het om één van de bevoegdheden gaat die valt onder het dagelijks bestuur, wordt de vereniging gelast door elke individuele persoon die gelast is met dit dagelijks bestuur, zelfs indien er meerderen zouden zijn.
