MG werkt outreachend om samen met jongeren voorstellingen over maatschappelijke thema's die zij belangrijk vinden,te creëren en op te voeren. MG bouwt participatief met jongeren nieuwe netwerken en structuren op die hen versterken en meer kansen scheppen voor en door jongeren. MG kijkt en luistert om samen springplanken en vangnetten te bouwen die een inspirerend verschil maken. Met videokunst en voorstellingen werkt MG aan de anti-polarisering van de maatschappij en aan een positieve groepsidentiteltsontwikkeling voor superdiverse stadsjongeren.”
