History

On 27 June 2005, Mnema was incorporated by ETHIAS ASSURANCES, FMSS -PROVINCE DE LIÈGE and three other companies.¹² In 2015 the registered office moved to Liege.³ Today the board has 23 members.⁴ Turnover went from €218,874 in 2018 to €229,975 in 2025 and headcount from 15.2 to 18 full-time equivalents.⁵
