VERTEGENWOORDIGING Art.22. De vzw wordt vertegenwoordigd in rechte ten overstaan van derden door de handtekening van twee bestuurder. Enkel bestuurders kunnen onder deze vertegenwoordigersclausule vallen. Daarnaast heeft het bestuursorgaan de mogelijkheid om lasthebbers aan te duiden die bevoegd zijn om de vzw afzonderlijk te vertegenwoordigen voor hun specifiek mandaat. Alleen bijzondere en beperkte volmachten voor bepaalde of een reeks bepaalde rechtshandelingen zijn geoorloofd.
