History
On 1 February 2021, MBK TECH was incorporated as a private limited company.1 In 2023 the registered office moved to Kruibeke.2 The name was changed to MBK TECH in 2024.3 Turnover went from €800,093 in 2021 to €2.0m in 2023 and headcount from 4 full-time equivalents in 2021 to 15.8 in 2024.4 The company was declared bankrupt on 8 December 2025.5
