On 2 June 1965, LS BEDDING was incorporated.1 A capital increase in 2006 brought the capital to EUR 600,000.2 LS INDUSTRIES and ANKER BEDDING were merged into the company between 2006 and 2010.23 Of the 5 current board members, LSB GROUP has served longest, since 2022.4 Revenue went from EUR 26 million in 2021 to EUR 27 million in 2024 and headcount from 116 to 110 full-time equivalents.5
