KOOLE was incorporated on 24 May 1972.1 The registered office moved to Ranst in 2005, to Antwerpen in 2011 and to Merksem in 2018.234 The board currently has 3 members; Paul Koole has served longest, since 2011.5 Revenue fell from EUR 8.2 million in 2018 to EUR 5.5 million in 2025 and headcount from 19 to 20.1 full-time equivalents.6
