On 28 September 2021 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of KIEL.¹ In 2023 the registered office moved to Antwerpen.² Mustafa Ersin is manager of the company, appointed in the act of 28-09-2021.¹ The company was declared bankrupt on 14 December 2023.
